On July 28, 2014, Lead Plaintiff Rochelle Pichl on behalf of herself and those similarly situated filed a class and collective action lawsuit in United States District Court – District of New Jersey vs. Trans-National, Inc. and Mary Wojewoda. Ms. Pichl worked for Defendants as a dispatcher from October 2006 through May 2014. She alleges that she worked five days per week between nine and ten hours per day for approximately forty-five to fifty hour per week.
