Rochelle Pichl v. Trans-National, Inc. et al, Case No. 3:14-cv-04703

On July 28, 2014, Lead Plaintiff Rochelle Pichl on behalf of herself and those similarly situated filed a class and collective action lawsuit in United States District Court – District of New Jersey vs. Trans-National, Inc. and Mary Wojewoda. Ms. Pichl worked for Defendants as a dispatcher from October 2006 through May 2014. She alleges that she worked five days per week between nine and ten hours per day for approximately forty-five to fifty hour per week. However, Defendants did not pay any wages or the required time-and-a-half for any hour she worked in excess of forty hours per week in violation of the New Jersey Wage and Hour Law and Federal Fair Labor Standards Act. Additionally, Defendants ridiculed and subjected Ms. Pichl to a hostile work environment because of her disability.
