Nicole Smith v. Integrated Medical Professionals, PLLC, et al., Case No. 14-cv-4848

On August 14, 2014, Lead Plaintiff Nicole Smith on behalf of herself and those similarly situated filed a class and collective action lawsuit in United States District Court – Eastern District of New York vs. Integrated Medical Professionals, P.L.L.C. and Prestige Employee Administrators, Inc.
