On June 4, 2014, Lead Plaintiff Juan Belliard on behalf of himself and all others similarly situated filed a class and collective action lawsuit in United States District Court – Eastern District of New York vs. his former employer, Koryeo Intl. Corp. and Steve Hong. Plaintiff worked as a warehouse worker packaging seafood products for fifty to sixty hours per week, and he alleges Defendants did not pay him any money for any hour he worked over forty hours per week or pay the statutorily required overtime pay rate in violation of New York Labor Law, New York Compensation Codes Rules and Regulations and the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
