Glen Bernard v. PSCH, Inc., et al., Case No. 14-cv-5008
On August 18, 2014, Lead Plaintiff Glen Bernard on behalf of himself and those similarly situated filed a collective action lawsuit in United States District Court – Eastern District of New York vs. PSCH, Inc., d/b/a/ Promoting Specialized Care and Health, and individuals Charlene Densen and Andrew Carbonara. Mr. Bernard worked for Defendants with the title of auto technician, performing various duties such as fixing and inspecting vehicles that the Defendants used and maintaining the Defendants’ garage and property.
