Geno is committed to workplace fairness through client-centered representation under local, state, and federal labor and employment laws. Prior to joining Borrelli & Associates P.L.L.C., Geno led and was co-counsel on wage & hour and discrimination claims resulting in settlements for his clients through his solo practice, at a non-profit, and at a small firm. Geno has also drafted employee handbooks for companies to comply with employment laws and negotiated severance agreements. Geno was named as a SuperLawyer Rising Star for 2022 and 2023.
