On November 18, 2021, Plaintiff Cadogan filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of the State of New York County of New York against ALBA CARTING & DEMOLITION INC. (“Alba Carting”), and ALBA SERVICES INC. (“Alba Services”), and CALEDONIA CARTING SERVICES INC. (“Caledonia”, all, collectively, as “Defendants”), alleging upon knowledge as to himself and his own actions and upon information and belief as to all other matters, as follows:

Plaintiff worked for Defendants – – three New York corporations that operate as a single enterprise to run a demolition business in and around New York City – – as a torch burner from October 25, 2015, until March 9, 2020.  After Plaintiff complained to Defendants, reasonably and in good faith, that Defendants had endangered his health and safety by failing to provide a safe working environment, Defendants retaliated by terminating his employment.
